YOUR ORDER
On the online store, you can view each item before adding it to your shopping cart. In the sheet for each product, the available formats and the different grinding options are indicated to help you.
You can check and modify your shopping cart as many times as you want before making payment.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event that one or more products ordered are no longer available, we will notify you by email. If you do not receive any notice on this subject, all items ordered will be sent to you using the delivery method you chose when you completed your online order.
LIMITS
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to an order or cancel it, we will contact you by email and/or at the billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by merchants, resellers or distributors or to have been placed concurrently due to a technical problem.

During the payment process, you will be redirected to the PayPal internet payment solution service directly on the secure PayPal website. The payment will then be pre-authorized on the secure PayPal site. Please note that we do not have access to or retain any computer data from any transaction regarding credit information. The only information obtained is the result of the transaction.

TAXES
Please note that coffee bags are not taxable products, but accessories and delivery costs are.
The taxes applied to your order are in accordance with the rates applicable in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws, depending on the delivery address associated with your order. Where applicable, taxes will also be applied to shipping and handling charges.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also be refunded the taxes you paid for that item. However, you will not be refunded for taxes paid on the shipping and handling charges for this item, as these charges are not refundable once the package has been shipped.
*SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping and handling costs for an order whose recipient address is located in Quebec are $12.00, unless the purchase amount is greater than $59.00 (in which case delivery is free). Orders that ship in other canadian provinces are not eligible for free shipping, and will be automatically charged $15.00 for shipping and handling.
*Certain locations in more remote areas are excluded from the possibility of free delivery and may be charged higher fees (certain conditions apply).
Shipping and handling fees for an order whose recipient address is located in another province of Canada are $15.00.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We do not provide exchanges or refunds on coffee bags. As for accessories, you can return them for a refund within fifteen (15) days after receipt of your order provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e. unwashed. , unused, unmodified and in its original packaging. You must return your order, assuming delivery costs, by contacting us by email in advance (info@bivouac.cafe).

MODIFICATION OF THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
Offer dates, prices or availability of items offered on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to display accurate inventory. However, it is possible that an item, a variety of coffee or an accessory, is missing from inventory when processing your online order. It is therefore possible that an order is canceled or that an item cannot be delivered.
Although we strive to display accurate information, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for items with an inaccurate price or description.
