About the producers' cooperative:
Our Peruvian partners created Sol & Café in 2005. Its members are dedicated to the production of high quality organic and fair trade coffee, and regularly distinguish themselves in quality competitions organized at national and international level.
The membership criteria to become a member of the cooperative are clear and strictly applied. Members are required to actively participate in the development of their cooperative and to contribute to its growth and influence. Sol & Café’s strategy of sustained and intelligent growth has paid off: the association has grown from 27 initial farms to more than 60, with some 1,000 farming families today!
The Sol & Café cooperative has demonstrated over the years an incredible capacity for innovation, regeneration and the application of clear and precise climate adaptation strategies. By promoting field renovation and systematic pruning practices, this has allowed growers throughout the region to maintain extraordinary vitality in their coffee trees and greater climate resilience in their plantations.
Our partnership has been ongoing since 2012 with Sol & Café, and they have quickly become a strong and integral member of the Cooperative Coffees grower network, with excellent communication, extraordinary coffee quality and exemplary member services.
"The Sol & Café cooperative has demonstrated over the years an incredible capacity for innovation, regeneration and the application of clear and precise climate adaptation strategies. "
Pas super malheureusement. Pas de fruits, pas d'acidité.
Bonjour Hugues!
